Turn the expertise already inside your business into more visibility, trust and new business conversations on LinkedIn.
Over six weeks, your team will build the confidence, consistency and simple weekly routine to improve their profiles, create useful content and develop better business relationships.
Without asking anyone to become an influencer.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER UPSKILLING
Every active team member adds another network, another voice and another route into your business.
Prospects hear directly from the people who understand their problems and deliver the work.
Consistent posting, engagement and prospecting creates more opportunities to speak with the right people.
The founder, MD or marketer is doing most of the posting while the rest of the team stays quiet.
Your staff understand the work, your clients and your industry, but that knowledge rarely makes it onto LinkedIn.
People post when they remember, then disappear when client work gets busy.
They are unsure what to post, how LinkedIn fits their role or what good activity looks like.
You want a simple process the team can continue using after the six weeks are finished.
THIS IS FOR
The sprint is for B2B businesses that want LinkedIn to create more visibility, trust and prospect conversations across the team.
You do not need confident content creators or an existing LinkedIn strategy. You do need people willing to put the routine into practice.
We agree who you want to reach, what you want LinkedIn to achieve and how the team will support it
Improve the key parts of each profile so staff present themselves and the business more clearly
Learn what to post, how to structure it and how AI can help without losing your voice
Learn how to find the right people, build a useful network and start better business conversations
Work through any sticking points, review what the team has put into practice and tighten the routine
Review progress, identify the biggest opportunities and agree where the business should focus next
Posting twice a week
Each person posting once a week
Based on eight company posts per month averaging 250 impressions, plus four personal posts per team member averaging 400 impressions.
Conversation estimates assume each person also follows the weekly engagement and prospecting routine.

Digiwoods marketing
I’m Jake Woods, founder of Digiwoods Marketing. I’ve trained more than 25 B2B teams and use LinkedIn every week across content, prospecting and client delivery.
The sprint is built around what a busy team can realistically keep doing. No posting every day. No pressure to become an influencer. Just a clear weekly routine that helps your team build visibility, trust and better business conversations.
This is practical training from someone who uses LinkedIn to generate business, not just talk about it.
Things to know
The practical bits on who should take part, how much time it needs and what happens after the six weeks.
No. The sprint works with mixed levels of experience. Some people may already post regularly, while others may barely use LinkedIn.
We start with the foundations and build from there.
The six-week LinkedIn Sprint costs £1,600 + VAT for remote delivery to a team of up to 10 people.
This includes two leadership sessions, four live team sessions and the supporting resources used throughout the sprint.
On-site delivery and larger teams are priced separately.
The point is to get the team participating, so each person will be expected to put the training into practice.
That does not mean posting every day or trying to become an influencer. It means following a realistic weekly routine.
Team members will attend four 60-minute live sessions during the sprint and need some time between sessions to put what they have learned into practice.
In the final leadership session, we will agree a realistic ongoing commitment for each team member. This is usually 30–60 minutes per week, depending on their role and how LinkedIn fits into the wider business.
The routine is designed to fit around their normal work, not become another full-time job.
The final leadership session reviews progress, identifies the biggest opportunities and agrees where the business should focus next.
Your team leaves with a weekly routine they can continue using themselves.
